I ordered fuel filters for my Honda outboard. Carrie took my order over the phone. Carrie called me the next day to advise that the parts wouldn't be in for two weeks....then she told me where to find them on Amazon, and which were the cheapo knock-offs, and which were the OEM quality ones. I have rarely ever experienced that kind of concern and assistance. I chose to keep my order because I can afford to wait a couple of weeks.
