Great, frequent communication. Very knowledgeable throughout the transaction (VA loan), which lead to a smooth transaction. Would definitely use Abby and Guild again.
As a first time home buyer there was a lot I just didn't know and was very unsure of, Abby went above in beyond in answering all of my questions and worked with my difficult schedule as I transitioned from day shift to night shift constantly, buying a mobile home makes insurance shopping a little more difficult she went the extra mile finding a second policy that covered almost double the first! Overall it was Abbey helped make this process a whole lot less trouble and I would happily recommend her to anyone else.
After months of empty promises and let downs from several major lenders, Abby found a way to execute exactly what our family’s financial situation needed.
