I called this company today to ask a simple question on their policies for hiring and the lady at the front desk was utterly disgusting and unprofessional. She had the worse attitude with also belittling me with the simple questions I asked. Id never had someone act so disgusting to me or yell at me on the phone in my entire life just by asking a question. This lady even tried to say Im a joke. Back in 2019 Abby did a deck demolition and rebuild for me. The work was excellent and I was nothing but satisfied with both the experience and the work that was done. Now here is what inspired me to come on an post a review. Several years later while having another totally unrelated project done at my house, I discovered, through no fault of Abby's that the county failed to properly log the final inspection. We have an older home in College Heights that was quaint but did not meet our needs. We contacted Abbey and with their help were able to use the existing footprint but moved walls around, raised flooring in back of house 6 inches to make the whole floor plan the same height. The project took a little longer then expected but considering the circumstances it was not an unreasonable delay. We now have a larger Master with a full bath.
