I recently had a large lumbar disc herniation that required spine surgery to heal. I cannot tell you how miserable the sciatic nerve pain was. Dr Cheng was the first doctor I saw when I began to have these symptoms. She completely blew me off and I had to practically beg for help and for more tests to try to get to the bottom of what was causing my debilitating pain. I’ve been to Dr. Cheng a couple of times now and every time I’ve only received exceptional care from her and all of the staff. Everyone from the receptionists to the medical assistants are very courteous and helpful. Dr. Cheng is very kind and easy to talk to, she always takes the time to go over all my concerns and makes me feel supported and taken care of. This is my second visit with Dr. Cheng. Both visits were exceptional. Dr. Cheng is easy to talk to. She clearly presents the options for care and takes the time needed to discuss how to proceed. She is both kind and capable.
She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing as she did it. She also talked to me about all of my options and was very good about including me in the decision-making process for treatment. I have been to other spine doctors and this is by far the best experience I have had. I left feeling relieved because I believe that she will make sure that all of the issues are taken care of.
The best experience I’ve ever had visiting a specialist! From the check in to our extremely nice nurse to our wonderful Dr. no complaints here!
