THE best gym ever!! I absolutely love coming here every day. 10/10 all around with staff, vibe, equipment, and the entire experience!
Didn't have the best experience here... the equipment is great and all, but it wasn't top tier. I got kicked out of the gym entirely for not wearing shoes on the treadmill (even though I cleaned it off when I was done) because I wasn't willing to risk harming myself since I didn't have adequate footwear. Since then, I've moved over to CrossFit New Hope. and it is MILLIONS of times better, I cannot stress that enough.

I've been going here for a few years now. The equipment is always clean and in perfect order, the staff is welcoming and so very friendly. This gym has a large enough selection to keep you busy for years, and you're not likely to ever outgrow a gym like this one! Honestly can't thank the staff and Abby enough for this place!
