We had the good fortune to find Kim K. through our designer for our whole home remodel. Kim knows every detail of every item on the showroom floor. We spent a solid 2 hours picking out finishes for kitchen and bathrooms. Kim pulled it all together into one comprehensive plan at a fair price. Her follow through with small issues and questions are always answered promptly. I will recommend Abbrio for anyone looking for top quality service of high quality finishes.
I went with our home designer and met with Kim. Really nice showroom. Kim was knowledgeable and helpful. We are in the market for a custom steam shower and more as part of our home build and I feel like I received a ton of thoughtful direction.
Kim Koontz was instrumental in helping us navigate our remodel. Her knowledgeable and professional guidance gave us confidence in our selections, which turned out beautifully. Moreover, when we had an issue, she exhibited incredible patience and one of the most top notch customer service I've ever had with any purchase in solving our problem. I own a residential remodeling company and Abbrio has been my go to plumbing supplier for almost 15 years. The designers that I work with take the client there to select their fixtures and be educated on the products. If there is an issue in the field or with a product the response is immediate. Abbrio and their team has been a wonderful partner all of these years and I look forward to many more.
I do not know how this place makes any sales. I walked in around winter holidays time. The team was busy making garlands out of toilet paper and glitter and offered minimal assistance. After my visit I emailed one of the reps (Alicia) for a quote. Got no response. Two months later I sent another email, this time intending to place an order. Did not receive a response either.
