They were only worried about our insurance coverage. We needed the carpet dried a.s.a.p. They said they would when the insurance came through - WHAT? The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that our walls had water all at least halfway up to the ceiling and would need to be torn out. He said he would contact us after the insurance adjuster came.
