They were only worried about our insurance coverage. We needed the carpet dried a.s.a.p. They said they would when the insurance came through - WHAT? The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that our walls had water all at least halfway up to the ceiling and would need to be torn out. He said he would contact us after the insurance adjuster came. I bought a new home and was so excited all summer until we did Our walk-through. The carpets were filthy and strong smell of cat urine. I asked the sellers to get it professionally clean before they close down the home and they agreed and hired Abra carpet cleaning. Moved into a new home that had some stains and carpet that was dirty. Called and they were able to get us an appointment for the day we closed. Dave came out and did an amazing job. The carpets look amazing and the pricing was great. Highly recommend!
