Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged $1200+ for a driveshaft replacement that clearly never needed to be done in the first place. There were no actual issues with the part, and to make things worse, it wasn’t even replaced!! I can tell what new and old parts look like. Told me they were going to rebuild it, then switched to change it because they can’t find one. (Understandable) until the fact, I took it to a second shop; they told me it was never replaced. Gross Incompetence and Missing Parts Avoid Abboudis Auto Repair at all costs. What was 2 hour injector swap on my BMW 228i turned into a multi-day ordeal ending in a dangerous repair. I picked the car up on Easter Sunday (after being yelled at over the phone) only to find a strong smell of raw fuel in the engine bay. Do NOT bring your vehicle here. I asked for a fuel injector replacement on my BMW 228i but it turned into a multi-day nightmare of incompetence, dishonesty, and outright theft. Eli decided to take my car in just before Easter long weekend, promising it would be finished same-day.
