Put my credit card in machine, washed my car for 6-7 mins, come to find out they charged me $21.20. 2 days later a lot of it falls off and it winds up being $8 and change! The signs are not clear nor are they right in front of you. 1 small sign on an angle facing away from you, nothing explaining how this process works in its entirety. Other car washes let you see what your final total is before you leave, not this place, its a mystery until you look at your bank account! We went through the washer and my car wasn't any cleaner when we came out not to happy a waste of time and money tried again rain washes better the only thing clean was the windows
I had to pay for the $16 dollar wash twice! I would like a refund as the automatic wash do not go the first time! I don’t know who to contact but it definitely is malfunctioning
