My experience with Abbot Construction customer relations was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and when we did receive replies, they were often unhelpful or dismissive. For a company that operates in a service-driven industry, the lack of professionalism and accountability was surprising. Below might not be east to read, but it is extremely complimentary of Abbott’s Construction Company. They built a new sea wall at our Siesta Key Gulf front home and we couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of the job and that extends to quality of both the work and the workers, starting and finishing on time, communication with management and cost.

We hired this company to perform the demolition of our home. What followed was one of the most unprofessional experiences we have ever had in a construction project. They represented one scope of work to our builder and then delivered something materially different. When the discrepancy was raised, instead of addressing the issue or standing behind what had been communicated, they hid behind selective contract language and refused accountability.
