I’ve had a very positive experience with Abbotts. I applied for a small studio to rent and Annabelle was very friendly and professional throughout the process. The application process was clear and straightforward, and Annabelle kept me consistently updated.
Tried to get in contact with them several times about a valuation left 2 messages a week apart on their answer phone which says they will call back and still not heard anything. Tried the other option today and it still goes to voicemail so didn’t bother trying a 3rd message. Even if they are not wanting to take on any more property I do think it is police to return calls.
