Abbott's Frozen Custard is always incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Every visit has been consistently great. What really makes this place stand out is the staff—they are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. On top of that, the store is spotless every time I visit, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers. If you're looking for amazing frozen custard and outstanding customer service, Abbott's is the place to go. Highly recommend!
I have been visiting this Abbott's location in Tega Cay weekly for several years. The Custard has always been superb and the staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Abbott's for any Custard desert.
i wasn't originally going to write a review but i am going to because (1) i like the other abbotts locations and (2) my grandmother grew up going to the original abbotts and said i should. ive given this location three chances under the assumption that "maybe it's a one-off thing" or a bad day. but the staff at this location is generally unwelcoming and off-putting. they look upset at the fact that you dare walk in to their place of work (four to five hours before closing time). the custard at this location also has an older... read more
