Custard so melted it resembled milk soup. Order was said correctly when repeated back at drive-thru but wrong when we came to window. First time there and won’t be returning.
We came to the one year celebration. The flyer says “all kids”. I ordered a kid’s sized ice cream for my daughter, and I was questioned about her age. I was told “well she doesn’t look it” First of all, it did not specify an age on the informational flyer. Second of all, It was very rude and unprofessional.
I gave this place three chances—and they struck out every single time. My order has been wrong every visit. One time I ordered a “funnel” and ended up with a sundae. Another time I asked for vanilla and got something that tasted like strawberry. I paid $17 for two small ice creams that weren’t even what I ordered. As for customer service—it’s hit or miss. Sometimes you get a polite “hello,” other times they just shove your food at you without saying a word, like a rushed McDonald’s drive-thru.
