Horrible service. Ordered medium strawberry custard. Given small cup dairy free custard. Took it back to window told all they got. No regular strawberry custard. Ask employee why he wouldn’t tell me when ordering. Told it was on their wall inside when I’m outside ordering through walk up window. I guess I’m responsible for knowing their menu. No offer to rectify the order. All good. No more visits from my family. J’s creamery I’m coming home.
Drove up to the drive thru at 9pm. Online hours show open until 10pm. Nobody was available to take our order. I realized the employees were standing outside the back door. Employees went in but never attempted to take our order. My family left and went to J's Creamery.
We live near the Anbot,s and have tried three times to find a reason to go back. Each time we have gone through the drive up and all three times we were unable to communicate with the order person. We drove up to the window to find that the music was so loud the young lady at the window could barely understand us at the window. The people that work there have no sense of even courtesy and are rude. The ice cream is decent but with the expense it isn’t worth it.
