The only redeeming quality of this place is the ambiance. It has an Eastern Coastal vibe and is nice and quaint. The service and quality of custard are lacking. I waited exactly 58 mins with 6 cars in front of me in the drive thru. I received my milkshake at the pickup window only to receive a watery and melted cup of custard. I have also never had a window slammed in my face so fast after being handed my order. I’ll be sticking to J’s Creamery for custard. 2/5
Been 6 months since I've been back. My 1st experience was awful and so was my last visit. Ordered a regular size custard and I got 4 bites of custard and a crap load of whipped cream. Not worth it. Won't be coming back.
Family loves this place! You have to give it a try. Frozen custard is delicious, staff is friendly and store is clean! On top of that it is locally owned and operated by Texas Tech Alumni!
