GOOD SERVICE!!!
We love the ice-cream here, specially the strawberry tuxedo. The place is super clean and with a nice vibe, would recommend 100%
Very rude staff. It is 7/6/2025 12:40pm. I usually love Abbott’s and have gone to several locations around the country. This one was my new local favorite since moving cross country. I called ahead to see which flavors were available. I pulled up several minutes later and the flavor I was told was available was not available. I asked in the drive through for the flavor and she said it’s not available. I never post negative reviews but this experience left me no choice. The ice cream is good but the service is the reason I won’t be returning. The young girl with black hair and glasses is rude and belittling…unacceptable. Please train your staff. On top of that, the portion was about 1/2 the size it normally is and it felt like retaliation by the young girl. I’ve been a very loyal customer but no more. I’ll be taking my business to Andy’s from now on.
