Got here at 9:02 tonight. Google Maps and their own sign say they’re open until 930, door was open but the staff refused to serve us because they were “closed”. Frustrating to drive to a location for ice cream just for them to be following unposted hours.
Nice location for families. The shop was nice and clean and the staff were super!
This was my second time dealing with Lila, and unfortunately the experience was just as disappointing. She seemed very annoyed to serve me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there. The attitude and lack of customer service were extremely frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected from Abbott’s.
