Never had an experience like I had with this company. They completely ignore you, and i didn't even had a complained just follow up on the service. Left 6 messages in 3 weeks and none was answered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
My home warranty company sent them to fix my oven. They quoted me roughly 500$ to replace the igniter. The service was slow but they were very helpful and responsive. However, 5 months later the same igniter does not work (my dove has a right and left igniter and the other one has never been replaced. Within 5 months the $500 worth of work they did broke again. I was assigned Abbott's Appliance Parts through my home warranty program. They scheduled an appointment to look at my refrigerator and after five minutes the technician said I needed a part. I didn't hear from the company for about a month and they didn't respond to any attempts to contact them. When I called the home warranty company, Abbott's responded within an hour. Don't ever call these people.. Too bad you can't give zero stars. I got assigned the company through my home warranty company. They came out promptly and took a look at the situation. Told me they needed to order parts and would tell me when they were in guy was actually pretty nice. He took my 100$ deductible and never again answered a phone call or called me back or ever came back to fix anything.
