Wondering if anyone else had a change to the parent's wishes that Skelton, Taintor & Abbott never communicated to them or the family. Difficult to deal with when no one returns a call or acknowledges receipt of information. I guess delaying or avoiding decisions is profitable. Worst service ever. No call backs and when I finally made it through to someone, they couldn't even tell me if they were willing to help.
I had Sarah Mitchell for my attorney. I asked for evidence of bitcoin and other investments my ex had without my knowledge including our daughters college fund and because my ex said he didn’t “want” to share that information she never persued it. Years later I’m finding out he had over $10,000 in bitcoin and still won’t give our daughter her college fund.
