Inquired and explained my situation over the contact us page, "marketing manager" Sarah Hauge reached out back to me with a standard reply that my entry fee to even have an answer and have my case examined is 7,500 dollars. I suggest your firm trains your "marketing managers" a little better.
My family CPA firm acquired by Abbott. What a wake up call. Fees doubled, sometimes more. Duplicate emails and calls to me and my bookkeeper to aquire information already submitted and of couse they billed out this duplicate time plus I'm paying my bookkeeper again. Fired me four weeks before tax filing leaving me scrambling Appreciate I was too small for them and I complained of their increased fees and poor service to what former CPA of standing delivered.
