I just bought a used Subaru Impala and got my first oil change at Abbott Street Auto. Then my key fob fell apart. The service people were so friendly and helpful. Oil change was quick and the key fob is back together and working. Friendly and respectful. I expect to be going back for quite some time!

I absolutely love how I’ve been treated at Abbott Street Auto. It’s not the most convenient place to take my vehicle being that I live in Ypsilanti but I am more than willing to continue taking both my wife’s car and my truck here because of the service. Wow! If I could give 10 stars I would. Abbott Street auto was the best experience hands-down I have ever had with auto repairs. The situation with my car was pretty complicated and not just your straight-forward repair. My repair dealt with a warranty company, and a few other complications.
