I cannot praise the excellent communication, prompt and friendly service enough! The price was reasonable too. This business will definitely be my new go-to for Toyota repairs and service. Additionally, Lift service was available and the option for after hours pick up and online payment option. Hassle free. They are customer focused!
Every person here has been extremely helpful. I have now taken two different cars to them and each time they make sure I am taken care of. I always walk out extremely satisfied and will continue coming to them with any issues! 100% recommend going to Abbott Street Auto Service!
I am extremely angry with these people. They replaced a water pump, and then a thermostat. Guess what? Both of them fail in less than 3 years and do more damage to my car as a result. Then their stupid warranty says that work is not guaranteed just upon me buying the car from someone else. Work is either guaranteed or it’s not. Abbott Street Auto Service helped me quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. They are very nice and efficient. I needed help switching out my license plate, and they allowed me to come in first thing in the morning and resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be coming back for future auto repair needs!
Got my g37x sedan inspected here, had a really in depth inspection with pictures and levels of attention showing what to prioritized to repair first/preventative maintenance. They also answered all of my questions and addressed my main concerns, highly recommend these guys had a great experience and plan on getting repairs done with this shop -update after repairs were done these guys go above and beyond honest mechanics incredible skill and knowledge, my car shifts very smooth and drives very stable.
