Update- not a fake review as you all can see from the owners response this place should be avoided. Incompetent. I called this place after being recommended to them and asked if they were in network, they said yes. I then go into my exam appointment and do very minimal work just a cleaning and an exam which my insurance covers at 100% with no deductible. I have only trusted Dr. Abbott. He’s helped me remove a wisdom tooth in an emergency situation and I just went back today to get a cleaning. Dr. Abbott and the staff are there to help, they’re professional, friendly and answer all of your questions and treat you with lots of care. I’ve had some dentists when I was younger and they were always harsh and such, Dr. Abbott is a total pro! If you live in or around Chico, come here. You won’t regret it.
Dr. Abbott is an exceptional dentist in every sense of the word. He has been my family dentist for many years. My parents still go to him even though they moved out of the area because he is such a good dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped train other dentists. He is very involved in the community and helps young people. I highly recommend Dr. Abbott. Hands down he is the best dentist in Chico and beyond!

The most honest and caring dentist! I have been to many in my life and none have made me feel as cared for as Dr. Abbott. I came from a dentist who told my husband and I that we both had 11 cavities and on almost the same exact teeth and Dr. Abbott gave me a truthful second opinion where I had nowhere near 11 cavities.
