I called Tue. and they were able to come Wed. Happy camper! They said they'd be here between 8-10 and arrived at 8:30. Bryan was friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. I told him I decided to take a chance on them even though Abbott had bad reviews because they could get me in quickly. He told me Sludgebusters bought out Abbott years ago. Anyway, he pumped the tank as expected and gave me some helpful tips about other issues I had. I got more than expected and wouldn't hesitate to call again. Two thumbs up!
I called this company on the advice of my neighbor who has used them for over 30 years. They were able to get me in quickly. The gals on the phone were terrific as well. While they were here they told me that they pump several houses in our neighborhood. They took their time and did a comprehensive job. I thought they were great! I will recommend them without reservation.
Just got a quote for $ 695 for a 1000 gallon pump out !! Not gunna be using Abbott when getting quotes for 450 to 520 from others... price gougers ! seeeesh !
I gave a call to the office regarding a clean out and inspection. After providing all the information, the receptionist (woman) was extremely rude and was not clear about the need for a person to be present. Rather trying to solve the problem, as a potential consumer, I felt that she just did not want the business and was ready to hang up. As a business owner, myself, I know the importance of making sure that everyone who I am in contact with throughout the day, feels that they are being listened to.
Just like the previous review the woman on the phone is very rude... You can only schedule appointment if it's for sure (Like things never come up or something never goes wrong, really? ) ... They don't cancel appointments..So if it's a possibility of something going wrong with appointment you can't make one..
