I got a quote from Abbott Rubber for some hoses, I also spoke to Shawn Seery the salesman. I placed an order for 3 hoses. Received the hoses everything was fine but when my Credit Card statement came there was an additional charge of $441.54 for Abbot Rubber 5 days after the amount charged for the hoses. I thought someone stole our card info. I called to see what the charge was for and eventually found out it was for freight, which was never mentioned by salesman or on the quote. Your Google Business hours should reflect your will call hours. If your staff wants to leave by 4:30pm and not take care of customers past 4:00pm, reflect that on the maps info. Some customers drive up to more than 45min away to pick up or shop just to find two entitled folks ready to leave and do nothing past 4:00pm.
Very nice people. Super quick delivery (30 min for 14 pallets). They’re open 8am-4:30pm. Checked in at 7:30am Overnight parking on the street for few trucks. No restroom outside.
Not only does this company sell very high quality products at a great price, their customer service is also excellent. There are many variations of plastic, rubber, hose, tuning, ducting that they sell and they have taken the time to explain the subtle differences between each product. Definitely recommend.
