Abbott Road Pediatrics is a great practice. The receptionists and nurses are very kind and courteous. Sandra Chandia is kind, understanding, and patient. I especially appreciate the practice's respect of a parent's right to choose.
Horrible service
Too long wait times.
Horrible. It is absolutely unacceptable and inhumane to make a newborn wait for 50 minutes to over an hour completely undressed every single time we visit. The nurse comes within minutes to weigh and undress my baby, but then we are left waiting — with my baby crying and exposed — for nearly an hour before the doctor arrives. This has happened every single time.
