Horrible. It is absolutely unacceptable and inhumane to make a newborn wait for 50 minutes to over an hour completely undressed every single time we visit. The nurse comes within minutes to weigh and undress my baby, but then we are left waiting — with my baby crying and exposed — for nearly an hour before the doctor arrives. The staff is so kind and amazing. They get you in fast for sick visits and are so respectful of your parenting choices. I feel like they truly care about my kids.
Let me just say I used to go to the Big Tree Office and didnt have the best experience there. We ended up going to there abbott location and I'm soooo glad I did. I love Sandra there actual doctor. She is AMAZING! When we walk in the receptionist is always so sweet, even when calling. My favorite nurse of all time is Shannon, she is so helpful and listens whenever we have a problem.
