Mark may just be the most patient man in real estate. It took 8 months but we were finally able to find a home and close (the Fed didn't do me any favors). He's very knowledgeable and, while he'll remind you often that he's not an inspector, has a good eye for spotting potential problems in a home you might not see right away.
