Unfortunately, even one star feels generous. After years of using Clinpath, I decided to try Abbott Pathology for the first time—and the difference in service is staggering. It took an unacceptable 11 days and 8 follow-up calls (5 from me, 3 from my doctor) just to get my results. When I finally spoke to my doctor's practice, I learned this kind of extreme delay is apparently the norm for anyone who uses Abbott. Save yourself the frustration and stick to Clinpath or any other Pathology.
They have taken 11 days to get my tests done and I still haven’t received the results. And if you call them you just get an AI chat bot. Go to SA pathology instead. This service is useless and incompetent.
