Had an outstanding experience at this clinic! The staff were incredibly professional, and the nurse who assisted me was truly skilled and attentive. This has been the best clinic ive visited!
Very poor experience with this pathology service. I was charged $380 for routine blood tests and was not clearly informed about the cost beforehand. As an overseas worker with private health insurance, I expected transparency regarding the fees before any samples were collected. My insurance reimbursed only part of the amount, leaving me with a large unexpected out-of-pocket expense. Patients deserve to know exactly what they will be charged before proceeding with tests.
