Opened on time. Phlebotomist was efficient and professional. Helpful when I had a query about paying for one of the tests requested.
This place is absolutely aweful! Went in for fasting bloods as I had already been fasting for at least 16 hours. The pathologist pulls out a 18 gauge needle to take my blood, since when are we using that size to draw bloods? Not only that she was so painful that she hadn’t found the vein so had to prick me twice then once in was moving the needle around, I said ouch that hurts and her response was ohh it’s just a blood test relax. Long waiting times do not even understand why, a simple drop off shouldn’t take 45min-1hr
I hate blood tests. I'm a big sook but the young lady (Ana) that took my blood today at 365 Days Medical Clinic on Grange Road Kidman Park was the best! I hardly felt a thing. She was very gentle, proficient and professional.
