Dr. Serena is simply delightful, informative, caring and a wonderful doctor to our family.
A thorough GP ( yes every Pathology test request possible provided)but so lacking in courtesy, personal skills and manners. RIDICULOUSLY impersonal. Almost disrespectful. Try a little harder Serena. Your clients aren't idiots.
