Provided three model numbers and serial numbers of diabetic sensors asking Abbott what make and model they were. Information wasn’t provided which is seriously concerning for a company producing medical devices that they can’t tell you what their products are. All I got a a huge lecture on everything I didn’t ask about. Similar to other reviews sensors are not lasting more than a few days but I also suspect the clinic applying them for me are selling me old ones. Seems both clinic and company want to cover something up.

My 2nd Freestyle Libre 2 sensor failed after 4 days. Under Australian consumer, law faulty products must be replaced or refunded. The overseas Abbott call centre is asking me to provide letters from my Doctor to confirm I should be using the sensor. Why? Its just monitoring blood glucose levels? My Doctor said don't bother using this CGM just keep getting regular blood draws.
