I see all the 5 star reviews online and I am jealous that so many recieved good, or even decent after install customer service. They installed my new A/C, had a season and a half with no issues. The first couple issues were no big deal, although found out from another company they should have run new line sets and such, but over all no biggie. This year though the A/C would not come on.
