From the start of the process with this firm, it has been pure hell!! First, they rejected an "offer of payment" that they offered to me over a debt that I forgot I had. Jennifer is incompetent and rude. After wanting to just clear this matter up, I agreed to a set monthly payment and waived notice of service so that I would not be charged for the process service fee of $70.00.
