The replacement thermostat was installed extremely fast and everything works how it should. It was useful to know how to use it, the technician described the functions thoroughly.

I thought it would be a simple duct and vent job, but the guy did a nice job installing it, and explaining how they made sure the airflow was even throughout the system. Compared to our last service, this one was a marked improvement in both quickness and professionalism.

The planned maintenance visit was to be a complete inspection. The technician was skilled and fast to do the check-up in under an hour however I did had to urge him to check the filter which had been initially missed. Overall I’m happy with their service although I’d prefer a little more attention next time.

I was a little sceptical at first since this was my first time using portable A/C services but they diagnosed and fixed the clog in just under an hour. They also gave recommendations to keep the unit running and to prevent future issues, which was really appreciated.

I was looking for an immediate solution to my portable A/C and they figured out the problem was a clogged filter and had it back up and running in less than an hour. Far more efficient than previous service visits I’ve had for similar issues.
