I've been waiting for propane for over a week. I've been scrimping and saving because they won't come. They keep saying I'm on the list. We're going into the weekend of the second snow storm and I'm going to freeze to death because they just won't come.
I purchased my home in 2021. Upon buying I took over rental on 2 tanks provided by Abbott Gas. Since I purchased house, I have asked for someone to come and check propane levels and to refill as the gauges are hard to read. Tanks have been emptying for over 6 months and still received no service. I paid for 2021 service but refuse to pay 2022 (which came due in July) until services are rendered. They have ripped me off for $100 and no service in 2021 I do not intend to do the same in 2022.
