After having a brand new electric panel and service installed in our home in Dayton by a different company, we started having issues with one of the basement circuits. When the circuit tripped, I noticed a burning smell and quickly realized there could be an electrical fire hazard. I managed to isolate the problem circuit and then called for help. I had a great experience with Abbott Family Electricians. After a delivery truck accidentally pulled down my power lines and damaged my electric pole, I needed urgent help. Zachary came out right away to check out the problem and explain what needed to be done. We needed to have our electrical panel replaced at our home in Dayton. We called on a Friday afternoon and were told an electrician would get back to us, and sure enough, Leonard called early Monday morning. He came out to look at the job and was able to schedule the work for the very next day. The response time was excellent, and the service from start to finish was outstanding.
