I was very excited to get censers.The first a few weeks was excellent,easy to apply,so convenient to check and app is very useful! until I changed new sensor.New censers showed my sugar level go under 3 in the morning and up like crazy after eat.This happen two censers about in 3 months.The censer’s position is same area.The customer service people whose English accent are hard to understand for me,it was very hard to communicate.They said I have to find out that how much different between finger test and Libre.I don’t have ... read more
Absolutely terrible customer service. 2.months for a replacement sensor that still has not shown up, 2 emails and 2 phone calls later. Today I spoke with a customer service agent who was argumentative, rude and made false claims stating with (admittedly) no proof what so ever that UPS was to blame and that they have on going issues with UPS not delivering. Using libre2 sensors is easy with After sales care from Abbott,and the app is very user friendly
what is the point of putting in a sensor if half the time the first time i scan it it says to replace it. everyone reading this should switch to dexcom BOOOOOOO FREESTYLE. i believe the person in charge should be fired or maybe publicly shamed.
