Genuinely no way to ever contact this surgery, especially if you are a student or work in the mornings. Phone calls are never answered and if they are it will be after you've been on hold for 1 hour or more. Website says the surgery is open until 6:30pm but that's just not true and it's only open weekdays from 9am-12pm. Making an appointment can take months and if you make a push doctor appointment for anything regarding mental health it will be horrendous. Do not recommend.

worse gp surgery. after years off giving poor service i found they removed me from their list with no contact . As i havnt used they for 5 years (not needed to )
Cannot contact via telephone, totally useless!
Absolute shower of S@%T. Lost numerous prescriptions for medicines that are needed to keep me out of hospital and ALIVE. Phone up for appointments and they are always busy, but they still shut 3 afternoons a week. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment then they try to get you to go to their other site in Bristol. All in all I'm surprised the NHS keep them going
