Terrible parking, then you get threatened that you'll be charged if you miss your appointment over not finding parking for blocks. It was suggested I walk up from simon Ave when I have a Terrible back injury and can hardly get around. ** This is unacceptable. I absolutely love coming to this physio clinic. The gals up front have always been so kind to me and welcome me with a smile. They always accommodate my booking needs and show grace when I’ve had to miss an appointment several times to illness. My physiotherapist, Olamide, always takes the absolute best care of me. I went in with pretty bad heel pain, and what impressed me most was how thorough he was — he didn’t just look at the foot but assessed my hips, calves, and overall movement to understand the root cause.
