They were rude and unprofessional. When I called to find out if my girlfriend was OK and when I could visit to drop her off clothes and stuff they wouldn't let me talk to or see her just told me they can't tell me anything, one staff was laughing saying I should've put a ring on it because common law isn't the same as married. .. had a very bad experience at this hospital. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not know how to communicate with patients and showed no concern for people who were in pain. Instead of helping, they seemed indifferent to patient suffering. On top of that, the waiting time was unreasonably long, which only made the situation worse. Overall, the service and care were very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hospital who needs urgent care.
