.. had a very bad experience at this hospital. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not know how to communicate with patients and showed no concern for people who were in pain. Instead of helping, they seemed indifferent to patient suffering. On top of that, the waiting time was unreasonably long, which only made the situation worse. Overall, the service and care were very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hospital who needs urgent care.

I could give less than one star, I would. My sister was visiting us from Alberta, and on her first day here, she was injured in an unexpected incident. She got a cut on her forehead, very close to her eye. We immediately went to the Emergency Department in Abbotsford. I understand the shortage of medical staff across Canada — it’s been an issue for years — but the staff who are working should still be expected to provide basic professionalism and compassion, especially those at the front desk.
