Apart from the fact the receptionist hardly answer the phone there is one there that goes above and beyond to help certain patients 5 stars for her the issue is the doctor she works for dr adeboyge he is very condescending dosent listen to patients issues and problems automatically labels them and cuts them off mid sentence be careful what U say to him as for some one that ment to specialise in certain mental health conditions he is very judgemental and will cut U of certain ADHD meds if U have any other mental health issues... read more
The reception staff have been beyond helpful to me in my year as a patient at this clinic. Including one time where an administrative officer stayed back on a Friday to help me access my script. It is a very busy clinic and they are constantly tending to patients in person and on the phone. I think they deserve 10 stars for their courtesy and assistance to patients. Thank you guys!
Reception are a joke It’s been over a month since my medication was meant to have started, and reception never did their job in updating my file. I’ve called and emailed multiple times. Now they want me to book in again to see the Dr and spend $450 for him to do what he was meant to do last time?? If I had any other options I would never come back to this place again, my mental health is getting worse not better
I went to get assessed for ADHD by Dr John Adegboye and he was extremely rude. He accused me of being on all these different drugs and gave me no diagnosis. When I asked if I had ADHD or not he literally said “I don’t know, I can’t answer that” I left feeling so lost and defeated. When I told him I was on certain medication he said “your only telling me that because I’m going to send you for a drug test” he literally cut me off and I didn’t get a chance to tell him everything yet before he moved on to the next topic. They seem to be under much pressure. Received this advice today after a family member was referred “ The review process (after completing an online survey) can take up to 8 weeks, and our new patient appointments are available in 3-5 months’ time.” Ouch. Much pressure on them but I guess the silver lining is their business is extraordinarily profitable.
