After a rough run with the mental health system, a few knockbacks and a lot of confusion about what was actually going on, I ended up with Dr Ponds. From the first appointment he was thorough, unhurried and genuinely listened. He went through my full history properly and wasn't quick to jump to a diagnosis, he took his time and explained his thinking as he went. Awful service Suited to mild anxiety or ADHD prescribing, cannot accomodate those with serious mental illnesses Avoid if possible
Dr Gothami Madadeniya was very kind and easy to talk to. She listened without making me feel rushed and explained everything clearly. I left the appointment feeling reassured and with a much better understanding of what was going on. I definitely recommend her.
I have had nothing but problems with this practice since Dr Proud left. The only thing they make sure to get right is the payment from they're patients which is astronomical . Rude reception staff, late scripts the list goes on. Do yourself a favour and if possible take your business elsewhere.
