Extremely frustrating that even after 2 years of getting the same medication prescribed, the same way, they still can not manage to figure out how to fill it. I consistently sit on hold for 30+ min and am passed from person to person. Some tell me no, they don’t have my prescription and then it’s oh yes we see it but we can’t fill it. I appreciate how much improved my experiences are with this pharmacy compared to when they first opened years ago and were getting their staffing and systems in place. Staff has always been polite and gone out of their way on several occasions to either make recommendations to save me money, get my order done quickly, and once even stuck around after closing time to assist me because I had to run home to get payment I forgot. Maybe not crazy fast, but they know what I need and get it ready for me when I need it
“Worst pharmacy ever! Be cautious before going here. The service is incredibly slow—they make you wait forever just to pick up a prescription. If you purchase any medical equipment and there’s an issue, they won’t accept returns. Customer service is extremely poor. I highly recommend choosing a pharmacy in Medford, Marshfield, or Wausau instead.”
So slow around there! Everytime I need a prescription it takes days till they ever fill it. I can go to the pharmacist in marshfeild and have anything within 15 minutes for half the price but in abbotsford it takes a crazy amount of time. I really wish we had a good pharmacy closer.
