My doctor did not send a perscription as he had said.... it was now the weekend and couldn't wait until Monday to have it resent. I called the pharmacy Saturday morning asking if anything could be done.... EXCELLENT SUPPORT!!! Pharacist explained she couldn't give RX without an order, but was able to set me up with a virtual dr appointment on the same day, dr sent the RX and my perscription was filled!!! So thankful the pharmacy was able to fix a mistake from my doctor! So appreciated!
I couldn't get into my doctor even for a phone appt for a week. I logged in and the help chat updated my account and booked me an appt via phone within an hour! Better than waiting first thing in the morning in a Germy walk in clinic!
