Incredibly disorganized and bad communication. I have been waiting for a follow up call for a month (I was told it would only be a few days) after my appointment and have been brushed off by the receptionists twice when I call to inquire about it. I paid for a consultation for basically nothing. They did not even have my scans requested in time for my appointment. Doctor was kind but I suggest you try to go somewhere where you can actually get proper care without hassle.
I highly recommend Dr. Samji. Everything went as smoothly as possible.
You're well greated by the reception and the dentist and support staff makes you feel comfortable they also provide good advice regarding major dental work, I'm very happy 😊 for the service they provide.
From start to finish, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were knowledgeable and very helpful. The surgical assistant/Nurse Lisa was very personable and helped to lower my fear/anxiety. The surgery was quick, and the Dr/Surgical Dentist was very nice and very efficient with the time alloted. Overall, I found my oral surgery appt to be as positive as I could have hoped for.
