From start to finish, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were knowledgeable and very helpful. The surgical assistant/Nurse Lisa was very personable and helped to lower my fear/anxiety. The surgery was quick, and the Dr/Surgical Dentist was very nice and very efficient with the time alloted. Overall, I found my oral surgery appt to be as positive as I could have hoped for.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Esmail and his team! From the initial consultation to the procedure and follow-up, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Dr. Esmail took the time to explain each step and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Very good service after a long wait time
I chose Dr. Esmail for my extensive oral surgery, after researching other local options. I am glad I did, as everything was better than I expected. The consultation was thorough and all my questions were answered. Well in advance I was advised to bring a driver and they would also brief my driver with all post care needs and to call their emergency number at any time if needed. Dr. Esmail and all his staff are efficient, informative, professional, caring with smiles and humour! They made my time there pleasant and enjoyable (even when getting dental surgery). Extra care with follow up appointments for any discomfort. Would highly recommend them.
