Very kind and professional. Made my wisdom teeth surgery as easy and painless as possible, gave clear instructions and follow ups post-op to make my recovery easy.
Dr. Esmail and the staff are so patient, kind, understanding and genuinely supportive people. I am currently in the process of getting an implant and recently got a bone graft done. The staff was very comforting both during the consultation and the surgery itself. They guide you through each step with care and communicate properly. I especially appreciate how they call post surgery to make sure you are doing well. I am very satisfied with my results and am glad my treatment is being continued here.
Good experience in surgery however front desk staff were very rude.
The staff was wonderful and let me know exactly what to expect with the procedure. Their online pre and post op care videos were very clear and helpful. The surgery went very well. Thank you
Does anyone actually ever free willingly want to go to the dentist? I would with this place! I had to get 3 wisdom teeth and a broken tooth extraction all in one go - I have never felt so cared for at a dentist in my entire life, I’m 36! I am full of anxiety and fear about recovery processes and not only did they treat me so wonderfully during the consultation and surgery, I also called them crying thinking something was wrong, they got me an appointment for a check up with 15 minutes of my call!!!
