I went to the doctor for a simple IUD removal. The doctor ended up being 40 minutes late and only saw me for a minute before telling me she couldn't do the IUD removal. I wasn't given any pre-instruction about getting the IUD removed prior to my appointment. Instead, I found a kyleena pamphlet while I was in the waiting room. I recently had an appointment scheduled at this clinic and unfortunately was charged a $50 no-show fee. I did make an effort to contact the office the day before my appointment, but my call did not go through as the staff were away for lunch from 12–1pm. This lunch hour closure is not listed anywhere, and there was no voicemail option or email address available to leave a message. The staff are very kind and helpful at the office. The waiting room is always very clean and open, unlike other family doctor offices that are stuffy. Dr. Vlcek took the time to listen to my concerns and was very assuring. 10/10!

This medical clinic has a clean professional appearance and did not seem overcrowded. The waiting room is neat and tidy. People waiting quietly tapping on their phones.
