Honestly wish I could give negative stats. I had a very traumatic first birth because of this place. I had phoned Dr Mkenzie due to medical concerns I was having at 26 weeks. She brushed it off, said it was nothing & didn’t even ask to see me or follow up. 4 days later I gave birth to my son prematurely. There was 0 follow up from this group and I never heard from them again. I do NOT recommend this place if it’s your first pregnancy and you have any fears at all
Dr. Danica McKenzie is an outstanding doctor and an amazing OB-GYN. Throughout my pregnancy and delivery, she was kind, compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident during every appointment. Her professionalism and calm approach gave me peace of mind during such an important time in my life. I truly felt that she cared about both my baby and me, and I always knew I was in safe hands. Very bad experience, don't waste your time here.
Waited over a month to receive a call back for my appointment date. Confirmed with the lady on the phone that i lived in Langley and was told that wouldn’t be an issue. Finally when i got a callback, the second i started reading out my address the receptionist cut me off and told me they dont take patients from langley. Now i have received no proper care and everywhere else has told me im too late. Would be nice if your receptionists were all on the same page.
