Had an oil change done on my 2019 Ram 1500 . Dropped off my truck the evening prior , picked it up 1 day after the service. Paid the bill, walked across the lot to the parking spot, open my hood to do a check and found the oil dipstick sticking out, it was. half way out. Walk back inside to inform the service writer /CSR, he came out...goes back in ....speaks with management and apologizes.
