Unfortunately, our experience at this dealership was very disappointing. Our interaction with the manager, Kent Kmet, left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The communication came across as rude, aggressive, and dismissive, which made what should have been an exciting experience of inquiring about vehicles feel stressful instead.
