We had a great experience with this dental clinic. The staff and doctors, especially Dr. Dewji, were very kind, professional, and supportive. Due to my child’s severe allergies, the procedure had to be done in the hospital under general anesthesia. The nurse checked in every few minutes and kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind. We truly appreciate the care and attention provided. Highly recommended.
Whoever is handling the reception clearly lacks basic phone etiquette. The interaction was rude and unprofessional, which immediately creates a negative first impression. If the reception experience is this poor, it raises concerns about the overall service at the clinic. Management should seriously review who is being allowed to represent the practice at the front desk.
