I don’t think anyone should get their taxes done here. Here is why: Like another review says they are in over their head. The fact that they file an extension to October 15 for every one should be a warning sign. They neglect to tell you that filing an extension costs you money in interest. We hired them for our tax filing, and the experience was extremely disappointing. It took them over a year to complete the process, with almost no communication — they rarely answered calls or emails and constantly missed promised deadlines. Their delays caused serious problems for my immigration case, including a critical RFE. When they finally finished, the tax documents were full of mistakes, making the situation even worse. I'm a return client of Abbot, after working with them for 3 years or so I ended up dong my taxes myself for a few years as they were pretty simple and I could knock them out pretty quickly. This year my taxes were complicated again and I didn't even want to try to figure them out. I got in touch with Dan and they welcomed me back and took care of me. They're extremely easy to work with and very helpful and responsive. Not only that but I also believe they provide this service at a very reasonable price.
