We hired them for our tax filing, and the experience was extremely disappointing. It took them over a year to complete the process, with almost no communication — they rarely answered calls or emails and constantly missed promised deadlines. Their delays caused serious problems for my immigration case, including a critical RFE. When they finally finished, the tax documents were full of mistakes, making the situation even worse.
