Horrible and unsafe business - stay away.
I LOVE Abbot. I come here monthly for deep tissue massages and leave feeling relaxed and without stiffness. It’s definitely not a fancy spa, but I appreciate the quality massages
Had a massage here last week and felt the need to let people know my experience. The lady who “massaged” me injured my back. She walked on my back for 35 mins even though I requested a deep tissue not Thai style. I was telling her to please stop and that I was in a lot of pain. I have never looked at the clock more times than this one begging for it to be over. The front desk lady is a trip, the other tip comments about her is real and she’s extremely unhinged.
This is a MAJOR red flag. I’m a mother writing this because I booked this massage for my teenage daughter, trusting she’d be in a safe, professional, and compassionate environment. What she walked into was the complete opposite, toxic, disrespectful, and emotionally damaging. We will be reporting this incident to ClassPass, and I urge others, to be cautious before booking here.
