Don't move EVER. roaches roaches and more roaches. They did no even fully clean and fix ever in the apartment before moving. The office was terrible

I actually liked it. Maintenance is SUPERIOR. I mean Johnny on the Spot. When u call them, they coming! I’m in my new spot suffering for them to un clog my toilet. But Abbington would have un clog it about 10 times by now.. No apartment is perfect, but these guys give u a lot of bang for your bucks.. Just pay rent on time; follow the rules …
I was looking for an apartment as a 1st time renter. I was nervous but when I walked in i was greeted with a smile & welcoming spiritsby the name of Teresa. She was friendly funny professional & super helpful. She explained everything very well. The property appearance is excellent very well kept. The home was spacious & very nice. I can’t wait to process my application.
