I’m shocked this place hasn’t been reported to the city for the black mold, roaches, and more. Please don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews! If you have children, do not move here, black mold is extremely dangerous and can even be deadly. Management does nothing to help. They’ll post a generic comment saying, “We’re sorry this happened, please call us to resolve the issue,” but when you call, they never actually address the problem.
