I do not live close to this place. I have made an appointment for my prom nails at 12 o'clock. I showed up to the place 10 minutes early before my appointment and the building was in fact locked and nobody was there so I went back to my car and waited till five minutes after my appointment was supposed to be scheduled. No one has still showed up to unlock the door and start their business mind you this business opens at 10 AM and my appointment was at 12.
